Jay FVA Ops is a Fleet Operations Management partner supporting owner-operators and growing trucking companies with the day-to-day coordination and operational oversight needed to keep their fleets organized and moving.

We work alongside carriers, drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and other operational partners to provide better visibility across daily operations—from active load monitoring and driver communication to documentation, billing support, issue resolution, and operational reporting.

Our role goes beyond simply tracking loads. We help create structure behind the operation, follow issues through to resolution, maintain organized records, and provide carriers with the visibility they need to make informed decisions.

Our goal is simple: help growing carriers operate with more structure, visibility, and accountability—without having to manage every operational detail themselves.
